The STB series is the basic benchtop range: 2 to 30 litres, a seamless SUS304 stainless steel tank, 40 kHz ultrasound, heating up to 80 °C and a digital timer from 1 to 99 minutes. It has no degas, no sweep and no power steps: fill the tank, set time and temperature, and start.

The STS benchtop range covers 2 to 30 litres for the bench, the laboratory and the service counter. A thick acid- and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel tank, a digital panel with touch buttons, temperature adjustable to 80 °C, a timer from 1 to 99 minutes, a degas function that drives the dissolved air out of a fresh bath so the ultrasound works from the first minute, and a sweep function that shifts the frequency slightly so no part sits in a dead spot.

The Sonixtek® SX series is the second benchtop range: five sizes from 3 to 28 litres at 37 kHz, with a stainless steel tank and housing. Four functions set it apart for daily bench work: degas drives dissolved air out of a fresh bath, sweep shifts the frequency slightly so no part sits in a dead spot, pulse lifts the power to 120 % in bursts for stubborn soil, and the power setting runs the bath at 40, 70 or 100 % for delicate or robust parts.

The ST series is a single-tank heated ultrasonic cleaner for production use, built entirely in stainless steel and available from 40 to 400 litres, in standard sizes or built to your specification. Ultrasound reaches the blind holes, threads and crevices that a wash cabinet cannot, so carburettors, turbochargers, injectors and thin-walled parts come out clean without hand work.

The SF series is an ultrasonic tank with its own filtration circuit: a buffer tank, a filtration pump and an oil skimmer run alongside the cleaning tank, so oil and swarf leave the bath instead of settling back onto the next batch. On parts coming straight off a machining centre that is the difference between changing the bath weekly and changing it quarterly.

The UMX Pro series is a compact industrial ultrasonic cleaner in 50, 62, 88, 162 and 255 litres, with the digital end of the range's controls: single or dual frequency at 28 and 40 kHz, ultrasonic power adjustable from 0 to 100 %, five programmable cycles and a 4.3-inch colour display. Degas and sweep are both standard.

The SPR series is a rotating spray washer, not an ultrasonic tank: the basket turns while high-pressure jets wash the load at up to 3.3 bar, in a closed-loop water circuit with heating and an oil skimmer. It is the right machine for heavy, greasy, open geometry — gearbox housings, engine blocks, castings — where the job is bulk soil removal rather than reaching into blind holes.

The DT series dries what the cleaner has just washed. A heating turbine moves hot air through the load, so water is off the part before it can flash-rust or carry spots into assembly. The DT-96 and DT-206 match the ST-96 and ST-206, so their basket comes out of the cleaner and goes straight into the dryer without being repacked; the DT-300 takes baskets up to 820 × 520 mm.

The AL series adds an automatic lift to the ultrasonic tank, so the basket is lowered, agitated and raised on a programmed cycle instead of by hand. That matters from about 75 litres upward, where a loaded basket is too heavy to handle safely and where agitation is what carries loosened soil away from the part.

The AU series is a full automatic cleaning system for high-volume production: from 400 to 8000 litres, with a servo-controlled platform up to 2000 kg, eight programmable cycles and a Siemens PLC behind a 7-inch touchscreen with memory buttons. Load the basket, choose the programme, and the machine handles immersion, agitation and temperature itself.

A multi-tank line is built around your process rather than chosen from a table: several tanks in sequence — wash, rinse, passivate, dry — with the baskets moved between them by a servo-controlled handling system, each tank independently set for cycle time and temperature, and the whole line run from a 7- to 19-inch touchscreen, sized to the line, on a multi-IO Siemens PLC.
