What do you clean?

Tank size finder

Which tank fits your part?
Find out in ten seconds.

Enter the size of one part and how many you want to clean at a time. We show the smallest models whose usable tank takes the load.

Uses the usable tank dimensions from our own spec tables.

Start with the details

The right result starts with the right questions.

The component, the contamination and the next process all matter. We would rather ask than assume.

A clear next step

From your component to a considered solution.

01

Understand the part.

Material, dimensions, contamination and the result you need.

02

Explore the process.

Tank format, handling, drying and your operating environment.

03

Define the next step.

A quotation, a cleaning trial, or a drawing to review.

Useful before we talk

A little detail goes a long way.

Bring your questions. These are good starting points for a conversation about your parts.

What should I have ready?

Part dimensions, material, what has to come off, how many parts per hour or per batch, and what happens to the part next. A photo or a drawing usually answers half the questions.

How do I choose a tank size?

Start from the basket, not the tank: the part has to sit with clearance on every side, and the batch has to fit without stacking parts on top of each other where the sound cannot reach. The usable tank dimension in our spec tables is the figure to measure against.

28 or 40 kHz?

28 kHz works harder and reaches heavier soil; 40 kHz is gentler and better on fine features and softer surfaces. Most industrial tanks can be supplied for either, and a sweep function keeps the field moving so the basket has no dead spots.
